A brief history Blasercafe
The founder of a large family business is the Swiss Walter blazer. In 1922 he opened a small café in Zurich, things went well, and after some time the blazer senior makes a decision about expanding the business. In Effingerstrasse it opens a plant for the production of coffee. In the 1930s and 1940s the implementation of the coffee Blasercafe worked for about a hundred salesmen. The secret of such rapid popularity was the fact that the raw material was of green coffee, which was delivered straight from the plantations.
Approximately in 1940, Walter blazer began to develop a new kind of coffee business – caterers. It was then installed the first automatic equipment for roasting beans. In 1983, the company is divided into Blaser Trading AG (selection of suppliers and purchase green coffee in 37 countries) and Blaser Cafe AG (company for high-tech roasting and sale of coffee). Today, this brand is not only the Keeper of the classical traditions of coffee production, but also one of the leading trader of the finest coffee varieties. The Swiss brand which has twenty distribution companies in the world.
