Most of the inhabitants of megalopolises prepare coffee according to one recipe: they put two spoons in a mug and pour boiling water over it. And the menus in various cafes offer us, in addition to the usual freshly brewed coffee, only espresso, latte or cappuccino. In fact, there are many national recipes for this divine drink that everyone can cook.
Finnish coffee
In Finland, such a drink as coffee with cheese is widespread. Special Lappish cheese is placed on the bottom of the mug, then coffee is poured into it. After the coffee is drunk, the cheese is eaten with a teaspoon.
Espresso in Italian
This espresso is served along with a lemon wedge, from which all the juice is squeezed. Despite the fact that at first glance, this combination looks wild, the drink turns out to be really pleasant: citric acid emphasizes the coffee taste.
Spanish coffee
And in a Spanish cafe you can order yourself a coffee with condensed milk. It takes quite a bit of it to feel a sweet-milky aftertaste.
Mexican coffee

Chinese coffee
