Dallmayr Prodomo coffee beans are a mono-sort of selected Arabica beans grown on the best plantations in India, Guatemala and Ethiopia. Coffee beans are specially processed to eliminate bitterness. A medium degree of roasting is used, as a result of which the grains acquire a delicate golden hue.

The drink has original taste characteristics, different from traditional Italian coffee. Despite the low content of caffeine, coffee is distinguished by saturation, dense texture and persistent aroma. Light sourness leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
