Forewarned is forearmed! "Polish lavazza"

Dear customers, we want to tell you a story that happened to us a week ago.

Our corporate mail received a letter with another "commercial offer". What distinguished this price from the rest was the assortment (as many as 3 types of coffee) and prices, which were 40% lower from the official distributor.

We do not even call back such "suppliers" as we understand what they offer and sell.

The next day, there was a call from a "sales representative" who introduced himself as Sergei. He began to tell that many of the well-known online stores work with them. As proof, he showed us his online store and asked to visit us (for ethical reasons, we don't insert their link here, we'll just add a photo of the page of their website)

He came to us with samples of his "Polish lavazza" (to be honest with you, everything that we have is in the article "Caution, fake", that's what he brought). We even asked him: "What did you think when you brought this to us? .. We have detailed information on our website on how to distinguish a fake, and you offer us it" - of course he simply ignored this question.

Our discussion lasted a very long time .. He argued that the "original" product was simply made at a Polish factory and is no worse than the one that Askania carries (even though on his fake, they also managed to print that it was Askania), but he argued that they themselves import it and have nothing to do with Askania LLC (they themselves do not even know what they are selling))). The dispute reached the point that we agreed to buy 1 kg of coffee from him for 150 UAH, that we would open it with him and prove that the filling of the pack is not at all the same as that of the original. And so it turned out, there were broken grains and incomprehensible garbage in the pack. The color of the roast at the root was different from the original, I won't even talk about the smell of the grains, it was just "none". At this our meeting ended and he left.

A week later, a letter with offensive content comes to our mail from him, so we want to show it to you:

We apologize for our answer to him, just very much outraged by the question and it was simply not possible to adequately respond to it.

For what it was all described:

We understand that lovers of Lavazza coffee, who have been drinking it for many years now, will be able to easily distinguish the original from a fake, but people who only decided to try this legendary coffee may not be able to distinguish counterfeit from the original due to inexperience and buy coffee of dubious quality.

We have already heard from our clients: "I bought Lavazza coffee at the market much cheaper, but I did not like it at all, it tasted bitter, sour ..."

But now these would-be producers have moved to the Internet. They sell not only on message boards, but also through one-day shops, and now also through well-known sellers with the signature "Polish coffee Lavazza".
