The recipe for the "Fruit Smoothie" cocktail along with the preparation method:


Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of fresh fruit (choice of: strawberry, raspberry, mango, peach, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fruit juice (your choice: orange, apple, pear, etc.)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey or cane sugar (to taste)
  • Small ice

Instructions:

  • Start with fresh fruit. Choose your favorite fruits like strawberry, raspberry, mango or peach and cut them into pieces.
  • Take a blender or mixer and add chopped fruits to its pitcher.
  • Add the banana, low-fat yogurt, and fruit juice to the blender as well.
  • If you want a sweeter cocktail, add 1-2 tablespoons of honey or cane sugar to taste.
  • Add some small ice to the blender jar to help chill and preserve the texture of the smoothie.
  • Close the blender jug with a lid and turn it on at maximum speed. Blend until smooth.
  • If the smoothie seems too thick, add a little more fruit juice or water and blend again.
  • The finished fruit smoothie is ready to serve! Pour it into glasses, garnish with fresh fruit or a mint leaf and enjoy!
