- 1/4 cup of fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup fruit syrup (usually this means raspberry, mango, peach or other seasonal fruit syrup)
- Several leaves of fresh mint
- Mineral Water
- Ice
Method of cooking:
1. Add fresh lime juice and fruit syrup to a mojito glass.
2. Add a few leaves of fresh mint.
3. Fill the glass to the top with ice.
4. Add soda water, leaving a small void at the top of the glass.
5. Mix with mint.
6. Decorate with a mint leaf and ice cubes on top.
7. Done!
This non-alcoholic cocktail has a fresh, light and refreshing taste with specific mint notes. Mojito is based on dry white rum, but the non-alcoholic version is much lighter and less dense. It's great for a night out with friends or just to beat a hot summer day.
