The classic "Mojito" is rooted in the pirate past. The pirates insisted on rum with lime and mint to fight vitamin deficiencies. Now "Mojito" is icy freshness with a small alcohol content. Syrup "EMMI" MOJITO, mint and lime will create the desired taste, and whether or not to add alcohol is up to you.
Ingredients:
White rum - 50 ml
Dry white wine or champagne - 30 ml
"Sprite" - 80 ml
Syrup "EMMI" MOJITO - 30 ml
Crushed ice - 200 g
Lime - one
Fresh mint - 8-10 leaves
Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon (optional)
Preparation:
Cut the lime into several long slices, leave one for decoration, knead the remaining slices in a glass with mint. If you like sweet cocktails, you can add 1 tablespoon immediately. cane sugar, making the lime easier to knead. You can replace lime with lemon, and brown sugar with regular sugar, but then this will not turn out to be a mojito, but lemonade.
Fill a glass with lime and mint with crushed ice to the very top. Pour in rum and dry wine or champagne. Add the "EMMI" MOJITO syrup. Decorate with a mint leaf and a lime wedge.
To prepare a non-alcoholic cocktail, instead of rum and wine, fill the glass with the carbonated Sprite drink.
